Lewis & Clark Screen Saver Instructions

Step 1:  Download Lewis & Clark screen saver (windows only).  The download file is named "LCssaver.zip".

Step 2:  Extract all files from this zip file to a directory called "JPGSaver Images" in the root of C.  (Important: Do not create any subdirectories within this directory--place all files in the root of the directory named: "C:\JPGSaver Images".)  The result will be:

C:\JPGSaver Images

Note: Sorry--capitalization and spacing matter in the directory name.  To use a different directory name, alter the default directory in the "Settings" for this screen saver on the Display Control Panel (see below).

Step 3:  Copy the file named "jpgsaver.scr" to your windows system32 directory, which for most versions of windows is this directory:

C:\WINNT\system32

Step 4:  From Start / Settings / Control Panel / Display / select the Screen Saver tab.  In the Screen Saver drop-down box, choose jpgsaver.  You should see a thumbnail image of the opening Lewis & Clark screensaver image.

At "Settings," you may alter the screen saver settings for things such as advance time, image size, etc.
